Who wants to come live on my communal farm in Saskatchewan?

Would I have to do any work? Do members of your commune bathe regularly and wear deodorant?
Of course you'd have to work! There aren't yet any members of 'my' commune!
no
Ditto.
Well, you certainly could use a leader. I'd be willing to do that.
No, you idiot! The whole point of communal living is to NOT have a leader! Or, maybe that's just my point. (Note, we don't need a leader)
Is it your commune, or a collective that you're starting?
Do you have a Five Year Plan? Nobody's going to come live on a collective farm unless you have a Five Year Plan..
And an interminable, mostly useless consensus process! With lots of committees! I demand committees!
Since you say your commune doesn't yet have any members, that answers my next, and most important, question, namely "Are there lots of hot chicks in your commune?"
Yup, it does. All of his members are hot chicks; the proof is trivial.
Okay, I'll join if I get to do the cooking.
I have a friend who is from Saskatoon and from what he says, I think Saskatchewan sounds pretty cold so I am going to have to pass on the whole commie farm thing even though I have always thought it would be a fun thing to do.
Don't you have a coat?
Of course I have a coat but I have lived in the UP so I know what a pain in the ass a really cold climate can be. Whenever you leave the house you have to put on coat, boots, gloves, scarf, hat, earmuffs, snowpants, etc. It is a pain. SE Michigan is at least warm enough to only require a coat.
Judging by http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigr/guide-ce.html#sheet1, it looks like intending to be a farmer may not qualify non-citizens for immigration to Canada.
We won't be living in Canada; we will be living in Utopia.
Re #9: I nominate orinoco to head the committee-forming committee.
Excellent. If elected, I promise to establish gull as head of the subcommittee for the formation of subcommittees.
Can I write the first Five Year Plan? I've got great penmanship, and I know a thing or two about economics.
If you know even a little bit about economics you're clearly not qualified to write a Five Year Plan.
ooooOOOOooooo. I guess he told you!
And your penmanship is irrelevant.
Ain't it that nice . . . over-qualified to guide the economc tugboat of this great Communist enterprise. Onward to Socialism! Hey, wanna bet we can take over the British in steel production in five year? Eric, such criticism undermines the productive spirit of your fellow workers. Such Rightist, bourgeous behavior will not be tolerated. You must report to the head office to engage in Self Criticism.
