yes, TOP is always looking for people to pay to help set up and take down. *technical* staff during the run of summer festival is all either contract (UM Film Projection Services), or union, or me. (My position is the only non-union stagehand/tech position. it is also the only tech position which is a direct hire. the sound engineer is hired by the sound company.)
