#929: "Whoever's it makes the rules" sounds capricious, but it surprised me
that only one other person (maybe two) commented on the issue, so apparently
"whoever's it makes the rules" was already the de facto rule. (I'm out of town
until Sunday, in case anybody wonders...)

I think as long as we all remain reasonable people, "whoever's it makes the
rules" will work OK. If we stop being reasonable, the game won't be much
fun anyway.
