Thank you, O Merciful Unix Goddess.

Weeping with gratitude, we throw ourselves at your feet and drool
ingratiatingly on your Ferragamos.

"Anita", be careful with the motorcycle references or someone here may
divine your true identity.

It seems to me that the ONLY appropriate and direct translation of
"yenta" into modern Gaelic would be "bickerchick". Raven, you have
changed the world.

raven

response 89 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 15 14:04 UTC 1995

Brenner, your denial is noted.

Brenner, you are not a biker chick. That's established.

Brenner, come here, my little bickerchicky.

How very appropriate for the Easter Holidays! Do they still dye those

brenner
response 91 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 15 16:15 UTC 1995

Vroom Vrooom. I shall mount the bike of taut desire and
ride, slowly and carefully, but with reckless and feckless abandon
to the charming man in the suspenders.

brenner
response 92 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 15 16:16 UTC 1995

And (to steal a line from pdil@well) I shall think of him
continuously and continually.

Psst. Everybody email pdil and tell her to get her
self over here!

response 93 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 15 17:23 UTC 1995

#91. "fecklessly"

You can say that again.

(And anyone who posts the one-word post "fecklessly"
will be jeered at unrelentingly.)

(vsclyne is on an uncontrolled adverb kick this morning)

juls
response 94 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 15 22:04 UTC 1995

So there!

nephi
response 99 of 133: Mark Unseen   Apr 22 20:40 UTC 1995

<nephi thinks that the WELLian people have a much different idea
