Ohio sells UM and MSU plates? wow, that's nice of them. Michigan sells UM and MSU plates, but not OSU.

Saw POOH2U today, after seeing BEATDIS on 60s/70s Dodge Challenger. Almost a week ago, I saw ROS on a van (I think it was) at Arbor Lakes; knew right off who *that* belonged to.
