Try /usr/local/grexdoc/archives/minutes.

Back when I was secretary for the board, I remember people asking me
to post minutes in a separate item. I don't remember why anymore, but
best guess is that it made it easier to find them again, especially for
people who might not be interested in reading the board agenda item
but who are interested in reading the minutes.

I like the way it's done now...same with putting finances in their own
item. It kind of adds some "indexing" with the browse commnad, so in
referring back to them, I just give the item number, and don't have to
search the item. Are financial reports in a directory too?

The minutes are also available, menu style, by entering !minutes
at any OK: prompt.

I believe I implemented the "minutes" command, some months ago.

Cool! I dunno about others, but I wouldn't mind seeing that command
listed in coop's opening screen...maybe even alias it so you could just
type "minutes" (with no !) from the Ok: prompt.
