I think peacefrg is gone for long enough periods that it's
ireelevant whether he's fw or not, but I believe the majority
opinion is to remove his fw rights... his truancy is sufficient
evidence of his indifference to this conf..,.

Would someone please make Jenna FW so we can get on with our
puny little lives?

OK, I've removed peacefrg and substituted shade. I also changed the login
screen to say "Please welcome shade as the new Fairwitness" instead of the
previous "looking for a new fairwitness". shade can put that back in if
desired.
