Grexer lynne is back in town for the Red Wings parade and talking about a trip
to Cedar Point for tomorrow (Tuesday). I guess send me an email if
interested; I doubt there will be any real organization going on.

Of COURSE, I was actually in (going through) Ohio today, but I was
on my way home from a funeral and had no time to visit or play.

Well, I had a solid day with Lynne, Lynne's hockey-nut friend Don (they'd
roadtripped back from Boston for the Wings victory parade yesterday) and Don's
roller-coaster-nut friend Dan.

We ended up riding on the Raptor (probably not a great choice for first ride
of the day for me, though), the Magnum, the Gemini, the Mine Ride, and the
Millenium Force. I got a bit over-coastered at that point and started hanging
around the arcades, where Lynne eventually joined me and we played way too
many games of Skeeball (and winning a bunch of stuffed animals, too).

I might be able to be talked into such a trip next week, but probably not.

Heh, funny how no one knows better than going on the mine ride, myself
included.

Its super fun to make fun of.

But the funniest time was the time we went on the mine ride and got stuck
going up the first hill, and were there for 20 minutes. That was the scariest
time I've ever been on that ride.

Hey, I like the Mine Ride. It's slow and clunky, but has a great deal of
charm, especially in the way it sort of jerks around on each turn.

Yeah...last time we rode it, Patrick and I were yelling, "It's too much! Get
us off! It's so scary!" much to the amusement of the other passengers. It
was opening day, and the only people in the park were the roller coaster nuts
who can't get enough speed or height. It's THE best day to go.
