I'm sorry, but the list of words I have access to does not include an entry

Sorry to use such an obscure spelling of an obscure word, but I couldn't
resist. (Actually, I was going to use "phouka", which is how it was spelled
in a fantasy book I was reading, but I couldn't find it, even in the OED.
I did find phooka there, though.)
