All my scoring has been automated, but I just checked it anyway, and
all the scores I've given are correct. You can find a list of them in
/a/a/r/aruba/letter.match .

Hmmm, keep guessing people; there are good clues in the previous
guesses. I guess we could always fall back to a pure elimination
of letters attack... :^

Well, if someone would be so kind as to guess aruba's word, please do
so, otherwise, please enter any six letter word and gather more clues.
Thanks.

I'm sorry, but the list of words I have access to does not include an entry
that would reconcile with the scoring to date. I'll keep posting valid words
that I can verify, but I expect them all to be deficient...

Sorry to use such an obscure spelling of an obscure word, but I couldn't
resist. (Actually, I was going to use "phouka", which is how it was spelled
in a fantasy book I was reading, but I couldn't find it, even in the OED.
I did find phooka there, though.)
22 guesses - that was a long one. You're up, Kent!
