adania, we need a dictionary citation for contested words.

caesar adania this is a proper noun in all my references
Do you have a dictionary citation for a non-proper
                        use?

in Websters new world dictionary, third college edition, caesar is listed
as a noun meaning 1) the title of a Roman Emperor, 2) any of the roman
emperors, 3) any emperor or dictator.
i will give up on zaatar, however.

caesar 4 adania

(I only found "2 a often not capitalized : a powerful ruler: ", but that's
good enough)
