(According to my dictionary, one who loosens is a loosener, but one who is
loosed is not listed. Examples to support "loosed" in the OED were for
"loosed tongues" via too much wine, and a "loosed boat" from unmooring.
I could find no ready evidence to support "loosee" so...please provide
a cite. Thanks.)
