Horrors! The entropy that will be lost will mean the loss of millions of
future plant's lives! Hey, we don't have to settle for that. After all we
still have "Homeboys from Outerspace." And as long as there will be drunken
frat parties, we will still have the vomit launcher(s), more than NASA could
ever afford. I mean, if we don't get our axes into space, it just means we
will have to get our asses in gear and get our wealthy minions to help out,
or we exterminate all sentient life on this planet as we know it. Such a
small price for greed....But we will still have plenty of vomit for years to
come.

Okay. Look. I'd like to nominate <font> for c0-FW of this
conference. I'll be Marlon Brando and <font> will be Val Kilmer.
Okay?
On one condition. We NEED A NIGHT OF THE COMET TOPIC.
IT is a classic.

The Fifth Element was great. Was it just me, or did the future look French?

In "The Fifth Element", the future looked like a cross between
scifi magazine illustrations from the 1930's and James Bond &
Jerry Lewis movies from the 1960's.

I thought Chris Rock was a great device to take us from
the familiar future to the unfamiliar future.

Think about it: All movies must have a flaw or the FBI has a problem.
This applies to hacker films, military flicks, Mysteries, and
most action/adventure films. Documentries? Well, It depends how much
you trust mass market media.

Well, now that you are here.
I might be back.
Kyee, these grexers are VERY YOUNG.
Some of them have only used GUIs
in their whole miserable lives!!
Some of them have never read Yeats!

Some of us. The thing to keep in mind is, that there are many schools out
there that *still* use Apple IIe's and Commidore 64's. (and some even yet
older computers, like my college :-P) but alas...

I think font and I both have a vested interest in your being older than six
years old.
I mean, there are laws against that sort of thing.

And some of us are old and remember TRS-80s with cassette drives and Iron
Butterfly on vinyl. Brenner dear don't presume and constrain, unbound and make
gains.
