The only reference I found for shally at home was shilly-shally,
which doesn't count. I'll have to check next time I'm at the
library.
OED is online, but the pricing is not right for individual use.
Anyone interested in sponsoring it on Grex, or maybe a coop? It
has been a while, but I think the price was about $200/yr. See
