(I found "stroy" --v. obs. destroy--in the Shorter OED,
so I'll assume "stroys" is good, in case any one is
wondering about that one.)

Is "stript" a real word? If so, is it a short form of "stripped"?

"stript - rare pt & pp. of strip" New World Dict., 2nd College Ed.

Ding! Stript is it. Your word, Rane.

(My Webster's 9th New Collegiate lists stripped and then "also stript"
without saying anything about it being rare. I thought it looked
like a rather economical way of writing "stripped." Kinda neat.)

I made that one harder for myself by mispelling milieu in writing down
the list of guessed words - it then demanded some odd letters in strange
places. I only caught it when I took a look at /u/kentn/letter.match,
to see if I had written the counts correctly. Then - the light dawned.

So, I am thinking of a new word, and it isn't

stript 0 kentn

(Guessed words are in /u/rcurl/letter.match All previous target words
are in /u/rcurl/l.m.words The rules for this game are in
/u/rcurl/lettermatch.rules (for the 5 letter version - all else
is the same).
