I'm sad because I'm bored and frustrated in my job and
there don't seem to be any other options locally. I've been
somewhat actively looking for over a year. I had hoped to
find something more interesting and rewarding but I'm at the
point now where I'd probably settle for something different.

I've always found the best way to deal with that is to try the options
a little further away until something closer comes along. The travel
is no fun but it beats not wanting to go to work for a bad job.

I am looking a little further afield. Can't go too far
though or I won't get home before my children go to bed. No
job is worth that.

I am sad because we hired a guy at my level who feels he's a super
programmer and has to modify working programs and turn them into
ones that don't work. He's going to fix them supposedly.

I would have thought Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.
I don't get the IT reference.

How do you mend a broken dependency?
How can you stop the bots from raining hell?
How can you stop the LED light from shining?
What makes the disc go round?
How can you mend broken firmware?
How can a zombie network ever win?
Please help me mend my chain of trust and let me live again

There is a red light
it blinks like a silent babies cry
On the console there is a sign
"press in case of emergency!"
There are no buttons
only a red light blinks,
and above the sign,
there is the time

There has been some sadness with 'party' recording blank lines. Are any
changes to the source and subsequent binary happening? If so, not recording
blank lines would be a plus.
