Thanks ... I think. I've always wanted to be an inflorescence ~:-&
I'll be thinking of a 6-letter word when I log in in the morning.

Rane, re:402, try under "sirkar"; anyway, it's another Shorter OED
word (means "province" amongst other things). Well, as you might guess
"corymb" would have been my next guess after seeing a 4 on "coryza".
Good timing, aruba.

The word Mohawk is capitalized in my dictionary, but the definition
doesn't mention haircuts. What do folks think - if you were going to
refer to the haircut, would you capitalize it?

<brighn is grouchy because the last word was another rare one, and won't
play much longer if these obscure words keep up?

(brighn, don't let the weird words scare you away. you might mail
aruba about obtaining a sheet he made that makes the word game a
lot easier to keep track of. I've used it without fail for the
past several words, and without, I don't think I'd have come as
close to some of these words as I have. Once you can keep track
of what letters are being used, a quick glance at a dictionary
will help you find words that aren't obvious. This search alone
will help expand your vocabulary, as you'll see words and will
look at definitions. Trust me; the game can be a lot of fun, even
with all of these obscure words.)
