Ford's Special Vehicle Team. "SVT" indicates the performance model of a
Ford car, sort of like an "M" on a BMW. Some of them (the Mustang Cobra
and the F-150 Lightning are SVTs) are very cool, others (the SVT Contour)
aren't as exciting, and the SVT Focus is supposed to be pretty mild.

I've seen a few today, ending with the Michigan Blue plate: 400 YRS which
_could_ be a standard plate, rather than a personalised plate.
Others included ESTASII, BZ BEE (I've forgotten the one I noted just
before BZ BEE, though), 1SHARKY and PLMBM2.
