Lots of sodium for something so low in fat & sugar....
probably not junk food, but i'd bet the container
doesn't trumpet the sodium content.

Just a reminder that resp:316 contains my poser. Telnetters and
direct dialers can review it by typing only 316 at the next
prompt.

No vitamins, lots of carbs, but calcium and iron. A type of bean? Not an
animal product, (no cholesterol), but not much sugar, either. I'm definitely
leaning twoards a canned bean, of some sort.

response 324 of 610: Mark Unseen   Oct 7 13:30 UTC 1998

Not bean, and not something that comes in a can.

Bisquick, or some similar leavening-already-added flour mixture?

response 326 of 610: Mark Unseen   Oct 12 17:16 UTC 1998

No, but you're mildly lukewarm.

Is it mostly minimally-processed grain products?
remmers
response 328 of 610: Mark Unseen   Oct 18 13:08 UTC 1998

I wouldn't call it minimally-processed.

Instant potatoes?
remmers
response 331 of 610: Mark Unseen   Oct 25 15:18 UTC 1998

Not instant potatoes. This food is not usually eaten stand-alone, but
rather mixed with other things.

How's about stuffing mix?
remmers
response 339 of 610: Mark Unseen   Nov 2 05:01 UTC 1998

Keesan has it in #336 - it's breadcrumbs. The nutrition facts
were from a box of Progresso seasoned breadcrumbs.

We have nothing else in the house with a nutrition label besides oil and
vinegar, so I will resort to my nutrition textbook's appendix.
