(I'm #6 on the list of people who don't like smoked salmon)
IHB the weather today was nice (although a bit warm), and my writing
instructor let the class go outside for 1/2 hour to "discuss the
reading" (I ended up playing catch with some of the guys in the class)

Carolyn : You were supposed to get the box on Tuesday.....:)
IHB I just had a wonderful day hanging out downtown with beautiful weather,
and now I have a sunburn, and then topped the whole thing off a really great
conert with friend. (Carolyn: I'll call in a day or two and get you up to
date :) I got a great new Cheiftens cd, and had lunch at Zings.

Not terribly crazy about smoked salmon, but I will eat it on occasion.
IHB my second interview is tomorrow and I'm not nervous.
IHB my house is a bit cleaner (I tend to clean when fueled with sugar
and nervous energy).

About the only salmon I can take is smoked.....my dad does a wonderful job
of smoking it, however, that's about the only one I'll eat. I won't touch
it when eating out.

IHB last night included a bit more sleep than I have been getting and a nice
sushi dinner with roommate, which spawned a nice breakfast of CA, spicy tuna
and fotumaki rolls for breakfast.

I meant me when I said 6, ea, that makes you number 7. I don't like
salmon in any permutation.

IH to feel like myself again. Also from five hours of Buffy and a *really*
terrible cheesy romance novel that kept me up till 2 a.m. because I had to
finish it. :)

Salmon any way but raw is great. Sushi is like eating gobs of cold snot
on rice.

Re: #288, 281 -
Busch's has fresh salmon on sale at $3.99/lb. this week. Let her cook
a hamburger for herself while you enjoy the good stuff. Get happy!

Jim finally got the plum tree grafted to three other varieties plus a sweet
cherry, after a 3-day hiatus due to a neighbor stopping by when he first
climbed into the tree and bringing over a computer for us to recycle that was
better than anything we already had. He is up in the tree again grafting the
persimmon - this time it needs female scions added to the male tree. The plum
needs at least two varieties (both male and female on the same tree) to cross
pollinate. With luck the fruits won't all turn brown and fall off due to rot.
The apricots are in full bloom and the plum in half-bloom and smells lovely.

I'm gonna have to bump you all down a slot. I think I'll take the #2
slot. You know, allergies before "Ewww, gross!" ;) And before you
argue . . . I haven't been able to even physically touch the items that
have been used to cook, eat *package* those creatures for about 18
years. How's that for ridiculous? Anne can stay there, she's
allergic, too. Besides, she pays half the rent.

IHB I got to have a water gun fight yesterday. And some of the people i shot
at weren't too mad. :)
Anna's way of initiating a water gun fight: Take 2 water guns, knock on
neighbor's door. Hand neighbor a gun. Fire when ready.
Sometime I'm appreciated, sometimes not. :)
