Re #258 (sigh...). I think Grex should state in the bylaws that
a published set of rules of order apply, and I also think the board
should follow that set of rules. I keep getting reinterpreted. I
think it is because of lack of familiarity with the proper practice
of board function within rules of order. I haved said that almost
nothing would change, but the useful procedures would be there when
they are needed.

Ft. Myers was between 35 and 65 F, 80% clouds, 30% rain. No tan.
I say (sigh) in #275 because this whole issue of adopting rules
of order is considered obvious and trivial in most organizations.
I should probably have realized sooner, and more clearly, that here
there are some for whom it is an issue. That led me to argue the
case, which seems to have been pointless. I guess that only some
unfortunate future experience will make my point, so I now abandon
further argumentation.

Re #276 - Yup. Of course, it is a rule that can be applied, in various forms,
to most "systems", I venture.
