I put some smoked salmon on whole wheat bread with some pesto last

Oh my gosh, the 5 people in teh world who don't like smoked salmon are all
grexers! How did that happen?
IHB its summer outside! That is also making me start to neglect my huge pile
of schoolwork, which can't be good at all.

The building containing my office and classrooms is sweltering today.

IHB I had a very relaxing trip to the Caymans--very interesting science to
listen to at the conference, met some really nice people that are studying
the same kind of thing, and thoroughly enjoyed my two extra days of lounging
on the beach and in the ocean. The Caribbean is *incredible*. No major
malfunctions; no sunburn even! (well...a couple patches.) No travel trouble,
a very warm welcome-back, a care package from the Meg waiting for me (thank
you!) and my group meeting presentation will be done in time. I am content.

re #253- I'm not sure, but pretty sure it isn't this one (allergic to
green growing things and most animals too- my friends have offered to
create a bubble for me. :) ).

IHB my wonderful boyfriend kept me sane (and transported) during this week
of nonsense with my car. I can't wait to get my car back. I plan to drive
for about six hours in celebration. I'm actually in withdrawal. It's kinda
disgusting. :)

I love smoked salmon. I loved cured salmon, too (which is often confused
with smoked salmon).

I am happy because someone gave us a computer and we got rid of three more
old ones and a few 1.2M floppy drives etc. Some day I will be able to walk
to the window without tripping on computers.
