Well, kids, from the sound of #23, it looks like it's clear sailing here!

Now. Where shall we start? Graffiti? Turning brenner looser? Starting
an anarchy conference? Crashing their parties and being unspeakably rude?

I bought a big head at K-Mart blue light special last week, but it was
defective.

you should have bought a big one, and then shared.

As an Ann Arbor person (and a Grex board member), I'm glad you guys are
here. I've been curious about The Well for a long time, but haven't
wanted to pay for it. If The Well will come to me, for free, why should I
complain?

The concept of a grex party makes a WOP sounds absolutely thrilling.

I think we should crash it full bore.

I'll invite the genx crowd. They *like* parties.

Actually, Steve, we're the ones with enough sense to bolt. The
creme de la creme, as it were. Use you imagination. Or we'll invite
Boswell.

I think the muddy pond that is grex has enough room for a few more
nude bathers. What say we get an old virtual innnertube and have a grex
pond party?

What's a WOP????? Is that some sort of ftf where WELLbeings (got to
love those Howard Rheingoldisms) sit around and play old folk songs and
        eat
granola?

Well Office Parties. When I visited SF, sometime in the mid eighties, I
remember attending some kind of affair in Berkeley which was attended by
many many well hosts. I haevn't managed to figure out if that was a WOP
or not.

If it was, Grex parties have *much* better food.

I have only been to one Well Office Party and have no plans to
attend another, unless MARcus is going.

More importantly, steve saw all of US. He hasn't been the same since; we
think it's MPD.

And Marcus, believe me, it's very easy to have better food than that
available at any given WOP.

It's true, by the way -- we are the disaffected ones; we're taking it on
the road. Get ready for it, Grex.

WOPs *Are* pretty boring.

But the genx people have some damn good beer bashes. They're going
to fucking *rule* the well in a year or two. It'll be interesting.

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Me? Establishment? Can it be...?

Well, I just got a second job, and we've been discussing a mortgage...
it might be...

No, I'm not gone to the establishment!

But then again, I just forbade my teenaged son to get busted at hashbash...
and I have been known to say "You kids!" in utter frustration at the
tortured sounds coming from the stereo these days and the fact the my
teenaged sons clothes look as good going into the washer as they do
coming out of the dryer...

Ick.
I'm old.
