The web page has links to minutes up through July, and since it's
updated irregularly, mentions where to find newer minutes on Grex.

As ajax said in #26, there are no pointers to the minutes from
August or September yet.

It has links to each file, so that when you select July 1996,
it transmits those meeting minutes. Since it has not been updated
since then, there is no link in the web page for August 1996 minutes,
for example.

Oh, gotcha. It's not the file that's the problem but
a link. Just wondered if I'd goofed up the perms or
some such thing.

By the way, for anybody who is curious, Mary stores the minutes to all Grex
board meetings in the directory /usr/local/grexdoc/archives/minutes. Each
board meeting has its own file, labeled by date. For example, the most
recent board minutes are in a file called 1996-09-25.
