Re #19: Thank you, I try. My editorial talents lay in the area of
copyediting, which I define rather broadly. :-)

Too late! It's not in the runoff, whenever the runoff runs off.

So, has the final draft been sent in to SBI?? Would you like us to take
another look? What is your quest? What is the capital of Assyria? *slap*

No, I haven't enrolled us yet in SBI, but I will soon, and will take
all the good suggestions (and ignore the rest...). I did pick up the
idea to enter the name of the system as GREX (tm) which a number
of other systems in the list have done.

If there are a number of other systems in the list entered as GREX (tm)
then I think we have a problem, Rane.

...I understand how you got your name... No, no other system is called
GREX (tm), yet....(..nitpickers....urg).

I've enrolled Grex on the SBI List. I think they will be contacting
staff to confirm the legitimacy of this, etc. I don't know when we
will be posted on the list, so don't go looking for a week or so.
[Enrolling is pretty painless as they use a Web form-entry mode.]

We were not yet up on the SBI List as of Thursday a.m. They have a page
of new additions to the list for September. I suspect whoever enters
new bbs does it once a month, so it doesn't become a full time occupation.

I just had another look at http://dkeep.com/sbi.htm, and Grex is still
not listed. Well, I filled out the form way back when......I'll inquire,
if there is a way to do it.

Rane, staff just received email from Richard Marks asking for
info about our system for a new book. It is closely tied to SBI.
So I forwarded the mail to you. We have to decide how to respond, and
who should respond.

Mail received. It means we are on Richard Marks' list, if not his List.
I am investigating that further (via a better link than Grex's). I think
the board will need to consider our inclusion in his new book. Since
staff got the questionnaire, would staff like to forward it to the board?

Grex is on the List. I didn't find us via lynx (0.25 MB!), with a /=search
for "grex" from here, but with Netscape a find brought us up. The List can
be viewed in either full HTML, or as text. The HTML version has links to
reach Grex via Telnet, FTP, WWW, and e-mail to Staff. I have not tested
these yet.

Has anyone else looked at our entry on the SBI List? It is a little
difficult to gain access, because that site is so busy, but if you
Attack HTTP...
