Well, the board decided on Scott Helmke (helmke) and Dave Lovelace (davel).
This information is in the minutes of the board meeting, which I am
about to enter as a new item.
I want to congratulate the two new cfadms, and thank all who volunteered.
It was a difficult task to narrow this excellent field down.

Re 29: Actually, STeve pointed to the people on the list who were
least involved in doing Official System Things (fair witnessing, etc.),
the rest of the board said "yeah, that's a good idea", and davel and
helmke were chosen.
