It might also eliminate the need to type up minutes separately, though
I think summaries are still a good idea (I can't imagine wading through
the transcripts of a typical board meeting to find out what happened! :-)

On-line meetings can't be a substitute for minutes, but at least
on-line meetings would let people who don't live in A^2 know about how
grex meetings run and I'm sure more people would get involved that way.

It is much easier to form a consensus and reach compromises in person
than it is on-line.

Decisions can be made both in person and on-line. Implementation
requires a further step, which is the involvement of volunteers.
Something like this, which would be a Grex, not a private function,
should be thought out carefully and adopted by either the members
or the board, with an organizing volunteer available.
