The "?" was because I wasn't sure it was a word. It is though.
I don't thnk it's kummel because the word doesn't end in "l",
but I'm stymied again.

I will say that the word is in my-old-standby dictionary. What I am
surprised at is that no one seems to be looking for letters, rather
than trying to just hit the word. The danger, of course, is that your
search word yields your competitors clues. But, after all, this is
just a game.....
