*chuckle* Interesting. Anyway, my observation was that there are
some newer grain grinders that well, cut instead of finely grind.
More bran content that way. I found out about this when I got a bread
machine. I'd love to have one, since cracked wheat is healthier for
cereal, and enriches bread making (you put it on top).
Well, durn it, I suppose I need to participate a bit more in the
cooking conference. I visited it and it's been a bit slow.

hey people i live in alaska and its just starting to "break up"meaning that
everything is starting to thaw out and the snow is leaving.I would just like
to say to any tourists posting on this that alaska is hell during the summer
because of the mosquitos(they will bleed you dry)Thats not even a joke. And
during the winter there is 24 hours of darkness so don't come visit. It might
be good for the economy in Alaska and I hope in actuality that it hurts it
by me saying this but don't come visit.I am trying and have been for years
to get the fuck out of this hell hole.Excuse my language. If anyone ius curious
about Alaska and they want to visit please post any questions at
ftp@mosquitonet.com and I am sure the happy staff at the tourism info center
will gladly awnswer them.Remember!Wherever you go there you are.

well .................................
been here since (as jep put it) the modems got turned on. started
in island park when i was a biker (will; be agin soone) and a
hardware geek. been trashed by um twice (i'll give them one more chance
at honesty) and employ the electromagnetic spectrum from D.C. to light
with a *lot* of interesting stops along the way.
what i have not done is a shorter list then the obverse.
one year i won *both* the um and eastern turkey shoots. other
years i won one or the other.
i stil need to teach STeve how to shoot.
i am one of the founders of th ann arbor computer society
http://computersociety.org
as well as a theatrical performer and backstage hand.
i sing bass in the methodist choir and tenor in the stark
raving madrigals, division of the cosmic opera guild - over
25 yeasrs of performances locally (me, only 9 yrs).
i have found a stop-smoking clinical trial that *seems* to be
effective (ymmv). i love cigarettes but realize (for years)
that i need to stop using them.
mdw should be happy <g>.
social reinforcement keeps the abstinence going -so invite me
to gatherings!
because voluntary forbearance especially from indulgence of an appetite or
craving or from eating some foods
or smoking tobacco .. needs ftf social reinforcemnt.
i might een be able to bring a 'friend.'

re#201 Oh...NO, I have nothing to do with Borders web pages or at least
none that you could have seen. I am not very good at making web pages
so the only ones I have done have been for internal use only.
re#203 OH sheesh! A little mosquito wont scare me off. You guys have a
black fly season though huh? Here in Michigan, we have flies that take
whole chucks of flesh.

Hello China! How did you learn about grex? Someone else from China said that
there are sites which you cannot reach with Chinese ISPs because they are
blocked. You can use the lynx browser on grex to reach any sites (at least
the ones that don't need javascript or graphics). lynx URL from the main
prompt.

The Chinese are a quick people and have already discovered web proxies
to get around the Chinese government (which seems to be composed of the less
quick among them) and it's web site restrictions.
