i used to take claritin and refused to get shots. i'm allergic to various mammals, dust mites, and certain trees, mold, etc. all the usual... now i take alfafa. (cannibus works even better) alfalfa, if taken sveral times a day, every day - kept in your system - is quite effective. living in a very urban area also helps ..
