That's what I keep trying to say - so to "hate" the government is to
"hate" all the people. You must have a different point.

The Government is the people. But, that is not how it is right now.
So, to hate the government is to hate the fbi, atf, president, house, senate.
If the government were truly being run by the people, instead of just
being in theory, then that would be true.

That's a falacious argument...from a strictly logical standpoint, it's an
appeal to ignorance.

There is no way for the gonvernment "truly being run by the people". What
are you suggesting - that everyone be an employee of the government? We
*don't need* 250,000,000 people running the government. I'd be satisfied
to hire competent people to do that, so I can get on with *my* personal
freedom. Most of us do this by electing senators and representatives, and
the president, and lots of local representatives, who set up the system to
choose the employees to run the government. If it doesn't work, it is
because we (the people) chose badly. So, if you are unhappy with anyone,
it should be *the people*, not their (unfortunate) choices. That's just
shifting the blame.

Precisely. But ranting against anything "the government" does, doesn't
help. Start convincing your fellow citizens to get (and value) an
education, and act intelligently. Good luck!!

Oops, sorry folks. I didn't mean to drift so far off.
Rane, I would like to finish this conversation. Lets take it to
one of the political entries.

together; to join or weld; to consolidate.
The State-General, created and conflated by the
