As Eric reported in the Grexer-spotting item, attendees were senna, ea,
foobaz, jep II, jep III, eskarina, non-Grexer Emily, and aruba. A good
time was had by all, though it was smoky at times. They had gutter
bumpers and a ramp for jep III to use. There's also a restaurant down at
one end of the alley where we got food and then brought it back to our
lanes.
It is an advantage of Bel Mark that they charge by the person-game, rather
than by the lane-hour, so we could be as slow as we wanted. There were
plenty of open lanes, so they didn't mind that we held onto ours while we
ate.

I would likely have joined, but I was little tired from getting up at
4:30am to fly to Cincinnati, working the day away, and then catching a
5:15 flight back.

Attendance today was ea, ea's friend Amelia, and me. We bowled a couple of
games.
I will try to do a better job of reminding everyone when an outing is coming
up. I'm thinking this every-week-and-a-half schedule is about right; what
do other people think?

Sorry... I was totally planning on coming, but by the end of Leah's morning
graduation activities I was wiped out from yesterday and today, had a bad
headache, and a pile of laundry to do, so I decided against bowling. I'm also
poor, and trying to make the CP trip still work on my budget. So that was
a strike against it as well.

I'm also sorry. This weekend was one when I had John, and he wanted to
go swimming. If the next outing is Wednesday, May 29, I work until 8
pm and probably won't be able to make it then, either. I do enjoy the
bowling, though, and I intend to make it whenever I can.

Right, sorry. Thursday, huh? So far we have only done wednesdays and
sundays. Why don't I call the alleys again tomorrow to get the lowdown on
which days are least crowded. (The season has changed since I first
called.)
Also, edina asked that we have an outing during the second week in June,
when she'll be here, at Cubs. So I'll set a date for that too.

Sorry to be behind in scheduling. I called the alleys and asked which
weeknights are good for non-league bowlers. Bel Mark said Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are good; Cubs said Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday are good.
So how about we do Wednesday the 12th at Cubs. Does that work for you,
Brooke?
And if there's interest, let's do Sunday the 2nd at Bel Mark. Is there any
interest?

I can make the sunday outing. Not sure about any of the midweek
outings, but it's a possibility. Nothing to try and schedule around,
just not sure how committed I will be that day.
