response 33 of 48: Mark Unseen   Oct 5 23:34 UTC 2019

How's it unfolding so far? I wrote that last comment 10 days ago.
Then again since Grex is dead I'm just talking to myself.

Looks like we now know:

1. Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly
eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand
knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This magically before the
whistleblower comes forward with no direct, first hand-hand knowledge.
Do you think this opens the door to endless whistleblowers in the
future? Or will the loophole magically close once impeachment is
concluded? LMAO

2. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has
informed Schiff, the California Democrat and chairman of the
Intelligence Committee, that he will not forward a whistleblower s
complaint to the committee, as required by law.
What is he hiding? That there's nothing of substance?

There is a process for whistleblowers in such situations, one that has
been established by federal law. A whistleblower must first submit a
complaint to the IG, who determines whether it s an urgent concern and
credible. If so, the DNI shall forward the complaint to the
congressional intelligence committees. Why go around the process? ;)

schiff-whistleblower-takes-dangerous-new-turn/

3. Despite the fact that Rep. Adam Schiff claimed otherwise, he met with
the whistleblower before the report became public. Coaching, colluding
and interfering with the 2020 election.

4. One of Schiff s staffers took a trip to Ukraine in August to meet
with and speak to their former president, Petro Poroshenko (strong ties
to Obama Administration). Does conducting a secret meeting with a
foreign leader who was duly replaced by a rival in an election count as
foreign meddling? Pot/Kettle
Speaking of which,a 2016 Politico report indicated that a Democratic
National Committee operative worked with Ukrainian government officials
to dig up Russia-related opposition research on Donald Trump. The
operative later shared that information with the DNC and the Clinton
campaign.

Karl Marx: Accuse your enemy of what you are doing, as you are doing it
 to create confusion .

5. 61 percent of Americans oppose impeaching Trump: poll
https://nypost.com/2019/06/12/61-percent-of-americans-oppose-impeaching-
trump-poll/

6. My own conjecture: Once the House votes for impeachment, it will go
to the Senate where it will likely be voted down. Controlled by
Republicans. Trump uses the incident to portray himself as a martyr. His
supporters will crawl over glass and fire to vote for him again. End of
story. Of course, Trump has many neocon enemies in the Senate, so I
could be wrong. Regardless of the outcome, I'm sure my life will not
change in any significant way.

That sounds about right. The Dems are so obssessed with impeaching Trump,
they are guaranteeing his reelection.

response 35 of 48: Mark Unseen   Oct 7 10:50 UTC 2019

#34 Democrat voters should be upset. They voted for people who
promised change. All they got were more promises but of impeachment.
What have Democrats done since January 2017? Nothing I know of.

"Oh but Trump will never sign..." would be the excuse.
What happened to "reaching across the isle"? Making deals? That is
what they are there for. Otherwise, why bother voting?

Democrat voters were betrayed by their own party. I wonder if this
will get people thinking about the Democrat Plantation. Just keep
voting and they will keep promising.

When will people finally decide they've had enough and start
exploring third parties? It seems like the lock down on a 2 party
system is tighter that ever.

I've felt from the beginning that Trump isn't a Republican. To me,
he seems like a populist Reagan Republican/Libertarian hybrid.
Definitely not a fundamentalist GOP or neocon; though ignorant (or
disingenuous) critics almost always portray him that way. He
definitely has plenty of room for criticism but an honest approach
always has more impact.

Why are his supporters not asking what happened to the wall? What
about his out of control spending? Space Force - what happened to
smaller government and conservative spending? What about not closing
on those trade deals? Plenty more to discuss. But with the extreme
polarization, no one wants to discuss anything without turning into
a rage monster.
