I would like to know about the format and frequency of this newsletter.
I am still interested, though. Please send me email or answer here...

There were several outlines offered by bartlett (e.g., #42), but he
has not logged in for several weeks (anyone know when he might be
back). In fact, I think the item somewhat deferred to him to
assemble a prototype newsletter. It is a little difficult to pick
up the thread again while worrying about stepping on someone elses'
plans, but it would be useful for interested participants to reread
this item (its not a longie!), and say what they think the next step
should be.

(An item with over 100 responses is "not a longie"?)

Perhaps the editor of the (as yet unnamed) Grex Monthly Driftian
could/should also be the PR pern?
Or is that the Grexian Semi-Annual Drifter?

Yea, but skip the "monthly." We wouldn't want to appear so stable as to
drift only once a month.
