"Summertime" is from the opera PORGY AND BESS by George Gershwin, so
you might want to try more of the opera.
Ella Fitzgerald did a great series of albums called SONGBOOKS, like
THE DUKE ELLINGTON SONGBOOK (my favorite). For all I know, Ella might
have done a GEORGE GERSHWIN SONGBOOK, but I don't know for sure that
that title exists.

A mind-boggling number of vocalists have covered "Summertime".
A song search on All Music Guide lists 2155 hits, and I'd guess
that of those more than 80% are versions of Gershwin's "Summertime"
