i can make better design for this grex website.
i 'll do it for free if you dont mind.for my promotion.
i need a job here...

I dont doubt that our web site could use a redesign.But since we are a
volunteer organization, we have never hired anyone for that work. Am I
to take it that you are offering to do the site as a volunteer?
