Under new business, the board should consider Jan's web filter idea for
unregistered reading. If this is considered just a modification, board
approval should suffice and there needn't be another member vote. If
every modification of every program on grex required a member vote, we'd
be having constant votes.

It would be easier if the board just approved this.

Nothing requires a member vote (except elections and amending the Articles
or bylaws). The member vote provisions of the bylaws are otherwise, in
effect, a referendum power.

Another agenda item:
We should talk about the Grex store. We need to (1) set prices for
the stuff we got, and (2) figure out how we are going to handle
processing orders and shipping out the goods. Do we need an
  official Grex shopkeeper?

<digression>
Almost a month later, I'm reading this and noticing that the string consisting
of the word item followed by a colon is detected erroneously by backtalk as
something to highlight. It should only do so if there is a number following the
colon. this is a backtalk bug. You won't see it if you look at this item in
picospan.

I have to go put it on my to-do list.

Steve, your word wrap isn't working.

Yeah, and that is puzzling. I think it is a problem with Microsoft Internet
Explorer, but I'm not certain. Backtalk told it to hard wrap the posted text,
but maybe it didn't understand. This needs to be confirmed.

I've had the same wrapping problem in Backtalk when using MSIE.
By contrast, Netscape works fine.
