Since these minutes are a bit old, let me give and update. We have the
4/370 chassis, the 4/6xx motherboard, and the Expansion Memory cards. We
started to suspect that the SM41 CPU modules might not work with the version
of SunOS we are running and they turned out more expensive than anticipated,
so we chose to buy two SM100 CPU modules instead. We also decided to buy
the memory in two stages: 64 Meg now, the other 64 Meg only when we have the
system ready to move Grex onto. We hope to save a little money by buying some
of the memory later.

One of the first 16 Simms we bought turned out to be bad, as did one of the
two SM100 modules. These will be returned to be refunded or replaced.

Currently the system passes all diagnostics, but we haven't yet built a
boot disk for it.

Lots more details on all of this are in the Garage conference.
