It would be helpful if the old business and new business topics could be
listed as well. There's really no way for the membership to see what issues
are going to be on the table.

There is something I've been thinking about for a while: Is it time to ask
Bruce Howard to step down? I cannot recall when last I heard from him. :(

Doesn't Bruce Howard dial into the board meetings regularly?

Re #1: The idea of the New Business item has been that people can bring up
things that didn't fit into other items, or things they just thought of. So
in general the contents of the item are not known at the time the agenda is
written.

Re #2-3: I called Bruce in Japan the other day, to make sure he'd be
attending this meeting. He will. He has missed the last few meetings.

Perhaps more of a staff issue that a board issue, but someone needs to
find a new host for the "grexdoc" CVS server, currently hosted on one of
my machines. I want to put the computer to other uses.

Why not grex itself?

The reason why that wasn't done initially was that we wanted the CVS
server to be accessible when Grex was offline, i.e. when OpenBSD was
first being set up on Grex. That's less of an issue now.

Yes. Further, the CVS repository can be distributed via AnonCVS or cvsup to
remote hosts for redundancy.
