An item which will be ignored by anyone with any position at all on Grex (PROBABLY> THERE ARE A FEW STAFF MEMBERS WHO I THINK *MIGHT* JUST BE NICE ENOUGH TO RESPOND) Mark Unseen   Nov 20 04:30 UTC 2005

Should Grex just shut down?

When Grex is down, M-Net is more fun than either M-Net or Grex when they're
both up.

uh ! i think the BBS is more fun, yeah, but the party isn't. i don't like
it that much when GreXers are in party and start writing four or five line
phrases.

Re. 1: Most recently, I made a decent suggestion that's going to be ignored
for two reasons.

1) People on Grex, generally, have a very negative (though unfounded)
impression of M-Net, its users, and the way it's run.

2) I'm someone who people on Grex don't respect.

You have to earn respect. It isn't given away.

I dunno (re #3) I don't see 1/10th as much hostility on Grex about mnet
as I see on mnet about grex. mnetters really truly hate grex, grexers
mostly don't care about mnet one way or the other.

Some grexers like mnet. I am among these.

Re. 8: More people who self identify as M-Netters use Grex than people who
self identify as Grexers use M-Net.

not that anyone will read this, respect is something that should be given
openely and evenly without reguard of race, color, or creed it's trust that
has to be earned not respect.

common human flaw to think respect for another is an earned item. trust is
though.

Does anyone else see the irony in trig explaining the concept of RESPECT?

Wouldn't be the first time a Jewish person has shown himself more up on
Xtianity than Xtian acquaintances, and I'm not just talking about correcting
them on where Judaism says Xtianity misinterprets something.

re #21
It would only be ironic to somebody whom doesn't know that my Saturday
afternoons as a child were spent at an in-house Catholic Mass and Sunday
mornings were spent at First Bethany Church of Christ in St.Clair Shores.
My father and step-mom were heavily involved with Interfaith Justice which
had a deep influence on my theology studies while in college and the military.
Of course, for Grexers, I would simply tell them that a Eucharist is normally
(3) different things: 1) Observance of Jesus through ritual of the last
supper, 2) Thanksgiving for the Greeks, and 3) What you call a Yooper who
always wants to play Euchre. ;)
