Here is the treasurer's report on Cyberspace Communications, Inc. finances 
through October 31st, 2005.

Beginning Balance     $3,297.16

Our current balance breaks down as follows:

The money is distributed like this:

$1,713.94   Checking account
$1,899.80   Savings account earning 0.65% interest annually

We had three new members in October (robo, ght, and pweiss).  We are currently
at 63 members, 50 of whom are paid through at least November 15th.  (The
others expired recently and are in a grace period.)

Notes:

- All Michigan nonprofit corporations must file a "Corporation 
Information Update" form once a year, with the names of the board of 
directors and some other information.  The filing fee is $20.

- It was a good month for Grex!
