The board meeting will be held upstairs at Zingerman's Next Door,
Detroit St, Ann Arbor. Anyone who needs directions can call me on my

There will be whatever is available for sale at Zingerman's, which is
mainly a sandwich place.  I don't believe they do pizza.

I'm glad to see that the meeting is at Zingerman's, as I think meeting
in a public accommodation encourages non-board members to attend, and
board meetings are definitely open to the public.  The board used to
meet there regularly but switched to private homes to facilitate
connectivity with remote board members via phone lines.  It appears
we've figured out how to connect with remote board members from Zingerman's.

8:00 pm or very soon thereafter.
