The meeting is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, May 24th. The time
suggested was 8:00 pm, to make it just a little easier on our other side
of the globe board members. But, if Bruce or Steve knows at this point,
that they won't be attending, please let us know so we could start a
little earlier.

I've been trying to find a way to get both of our remote board members
connected in such a way that they can hear each other. To hold a nice
iChat session (audio and visual), all participating have to be using Mac
OS X. And they aren't. Yahoo has a voice chat, but it doesn't support
Mac. So we could bring Steve in on yahoo chat using a laptop PC and
Bruce in by iChat or telephone, but I doubt they'll hear each other very
well. Bruce can call us by phone without charge. If we start calling
either of them it will result in international long distance charges.
Not huge, but charges.

Has anyone tried the conferencing feature in Skype, a free VoIP site?
Or maybe some other idea?

As I remember the member proposal that allowed out-of-town Board members,
Sindi, no, we can't use keyboard: it specified voice communication.

Haven't heard anything from Bruce or Steve so let's assume they're
going to make it and have the meeting begin at 8:00 pm, arrivals
anytime 7:30 ish.

I'll have a cell phone on if anyone needs to get last minute directions:
