The meeting will be held at John and Mary Remmers's home.  19 Westbury
Court, Ann Arbor.  

Directions: Go north on Nixon at Plymouth Rd.  Turn right on Westbury.
Park.  #19 is in the first building on the left.  

Because we have remote directors, the phones will be tied up so if you 
need to call for directions or anything, please call my cell phone at 
734-754-3773.

There is a pre-board meeting dinner at Flim Flam in Plymouth Rd Mall at 
6:30p. Everyone is invited to that too.

We'll also be discussing adding a new position, that of assistant 
treasurer, to our list of volunteers.  I'm going to be an advocate 
for that person also being on the board mailing list.  Mark is 
acting as an assistant at this point.

I'd like the staff report to address the issue of Grex staffers slandering
users.

I've been collecting materials from the media on subpoena abuse.
I won't have a proposed policy in time for the Board meeting.
A proposal should be posted on line before the Board considers it,
anyway.
