Mary, would you add a discussion of our phone contract with Ameritech to the
agenda? I will try to have some info available at the meeting about
pricing, and I'll ask Jan to run his program to accumulate stats on dial-in
usage over the last few months. Out Centrex contract runs out in early
October, I believe.

It's a non-issue as far as I'm concerned, but the chair may add it or not
at her discretion. If you'd like to attend the meeting, you may bring it
up under "New Business" yourself, should you find it has not been
discussed already.

Given the discussion in item 18, I'd suggest that the board put finding legal
counsel to help with search and wiretap policy on its agenda.
