I propose a member resolution that the Grex board and membership are no longer required to take any action on any membership resolutions proposed by jp2, radiant, salad or any of their pseudos.

I think John Remmers's proposed bylaw amendment, which will be up for a vote shortly, is a good answer to resolutions made with the intent to annoy. If a resulution has a certain minimal amount of support, it will go to a vote, and otherwise, it won't. An elegant solution.

I think John's idea is quite reasonable and will be a throttle on the toxic contributions of certain people.
