I dont feel that it is necessary. That is why I havent brought it up 
anyways. I believe in consequences that are in line with a person's 
actions. I dont think that the "property" that was destroyed had much 
value. Or at least not enough to file criminal charges.

If property can be considered a resource, jp2 is far more liable 
for destruction of Grex resources than is valerie.  If any action 
be taken against valerie, it had better be taken against jp2 first.
(And polytarp etc. before either of them.)
