Lease Renewal?

Every year at this time Grex sends a letter to the Pumpkin's leasing
agent saying we'd like to take our option to renew our rental agreement
as specified in the original lease. We should have this letter in their
offices before the end of January. The new term would be from 6/1/02
through 5/31/03 at $76.58, plus electric.
How do folks feel about our renewing our contract? I'd be happy to
send the letter if authorized to do so. I was going to bring this
up at the next board meeting but it looks like that might not happen
until January 30th or 31st.

I haven't heard any complaints about the Pumpkin lately, so I think we
should do it.

I assume the fees we would pay to the telecom companies to move our DSL
and POTS lines away from the Pumpkin would be significant.
At Grexian speed, if we were to decide now that we should move out of
the pumpkin, we would probably be just about ready to start the move by
5/31/03!
So by all means, we had better renew the pumpkin lease.
