We need to discuss changing registrars for grex.org. Also scheduling the
special meeting.

re #1- yeah, so Eric- we're going to have to either find someone else
for publicity at this meeting, or take it off the agenda.

Is she willing to give a final report? (Does she have anything else _to_
report?)

Yes and no. The tempo varies widely, so a high degree of repetition is
not necessitated.

The Kids' room is booked, so we'll be in the big room adjacent to it.

(The drawbacks of delayed scheduling.)

I'll pop by at the meeting in case there are questions, since there's a
"new business" section. There's not really anything to report, since
Life was so tumultuous this fall. I am definitely serious about giving
up the Publicity gig. Thankfully the holidays are over so I can get to
the business of being in a better position to deal with things, but that
requires a break. If no one has stepped up between now and when I'm
able to actually do the job, I'm more than willing to take it up again.

I figured out this morning that this is also semislug night. That means
I won't be able to stay long (and wish this hadn't happened...)

Hmm. They should better prepromote their schedule...

There's something hard to remember about "2nd thursday each month"? I
admit, it took me several years to get it down pat, but I'm a last
minute sort of person.

Hmm. According to the website <http://www.semislug.mi.org/when.phtml>:

Traditionally, SEMiSLUG meetings have been held the second Thursday
of each month. This worked out well for around 15 years.

Lately, we have had to be flexible in our scheduling due to an
increasing number of technical groups that have evening meetings. As
a result, we're including dates for future month's meetings in our
announcements, as well as posting them to this web site.

So I guess the algorithm may need refinement... ;)
