3. Treasurer's Report
March numbers: $887.00 in, $1100.00 out. (Large
expense number due to first DSL bill) See the
treasurer's report item for details. $602.00 revenue
so far this month. 98 current members. Discussion of
CD/money market accounts. Mark is proceeding
with this initiative.
4. Publicity Committee

5. Tech Committee
Key to Pumkin issues (duplication) need to be
addressed. No technical issues.
6. Corporate Memberships
Based on discussion about current issues, we are
looking into updating the membership rules to improve
compliance with the law (if necessary). Anne (mooncat)
has volunteered to research Michigan and Federal rules
on 501(c)3 organizations and membership
rules/requirements.
7. Co-op Conference
aruba: I move that we appoint Colleen McGee
fairwitness
of Co-op.
mooncat: second.
vote: 7-0-0. The motion carries.
cmcgee is the new fairwitness of the Co-op conference.

I think any laws relating to membership would be Michigan law having to do
with our being a "membership corporation" not Federal law having to do with
us being a "501c3 corporation".
