The most recent discussion of (a) new coop fw(s) fizzled without anything
even slightly resembling a mandate from participants in this cf. I'd
probably go along with a board mandate (vs. read the bylaws to see if
they're supposed to have that power) if the board cared to address the
issue.

Scott told me he can't be at the meeting, but he'd like the board to discuss
what to do with the old UPS which needs new batteries. Options are:
1) Scott puts it back in the Pumpkin with a note saying what it needs,
2) Scott buys it from Grex for $30, or
3) We order new batteries.

Out of curiosity, what is the Publicity
Committee supposed to do? I see it every
month on the agenda, but am still not clear on
what, if any, its activities are.
And "More Gavel Banging" sounds *much*
better than "Gavel Cessation." Thanks

Um. Near as I can tell, the Publicity Committee is supposed to handle the
publicity that we, the Grex Community, might want to through out. Such as
the Movie at TOP last year, and if we find places that we want to advertize
our name, like in the Observer, or stuff like that. :)
Thanks Sara....I thought it was more me, than some word I really couldn't
spell. :)
